KNOW THE FORUM RULES. Read the forum rules before posting for the first time.
ALWAYS USE MEANINGFUL AND CONTEXT-SENSITIVE FORUM TITLE. Good titles are just important in forum posting, so that our readers do not waste their time reading posts about things that they have no interest in. The content of the post should be clear from the title. Titles must be brief, but yet specific enough so readers will know if the post will be of interest to them.
USE CORRECT SPELLING AND GRAMMAR. In order to be understood by most people avoid slang words that are unless you know the word or phrase will be understood by other forum members. Write concisely and do not ramble.
AVOID REPEATITION OF QUESTIONS. Do not post a question or information that has been posted previously. In order to make sure you are not repeating a question or information be sure to read all of the thread you wish to post to before posting.
DO NOT DOUBLE POST. Please do not start a new thread on a topic already being discussed. Use the search function and read the forum prior to posting.
DO NOT POST IN ALL UPPER CASE. It is like YELLING! This goes for TITLES as well. Moreover, one exclamation point is enough.
WATCH YOUR SENSE OF HUMOR. Posts may be read by people from a variety of ages and background.
DO NOT POST EMPTY OR INSENSIBLE RESPONSE. Only post responses when you have something to contribute. Avoid responses such as "lol" or "cool"
DO NOT INTERRUPT TOPIC. Avoid posting new problems on someone else's thread, this may break the continuity of the topic.
BE CIVIL. Personal differences should be handled through email or IM and not through posts displayed to everyone.
DO NOT POST "Thank You" messages to every person who answers your question or to every post you find useful unless it will open another conversation.
